We are required to inform you of National Futures Association’s (NFA) Background Affiliation Status Information Center (BASIC). BASIC compiles various information on registrants and may be accessed by anyone via the NFA website.

The information in BASIC includes current and historical CFTC and NFA membership information and regulatory and non-regulatory actions contributed by NFA, the CFTC and the U.S. futures exchanges. To locate information on a registrant, begin your BASIC search by entering the registrant’s name or NFA ID number.
